Netural Coop Impresa Sociale has gained extensive experience in territorial enhancement, social innovation, and cultural planning, with a specific focus on rural and marginal contexts. It operates through participatory methodologies and transdisciplinary approaches that integrate research, communication, design, and community activation — convinced that peripheral places are often the most fertile for imagining alternatives.

Over the years, it has designed and managed projects centered on the regeneration of places and knowledge: among these are Casa Netural in Gorizia, a permanent laboratory for cultural and social practices, and initiatives in Borgo Castello, a space for experimentation between memory and contemporaneity. It has curated training programs for cultural and creative entrepreneurship, supporting innovative and sustainable local practices and accompanying communities and organizations in building shared visions.

The team’s expertise ranges from facilitation to European project design, from storytelling to audiovisual production, and from participatory mapping to digital communication. This set of tools allows Netural to document, narrate, and disseminate the intangible heritage linked to the territory, activating accessible and inclusive cultural processes that place people and the knowledge inhabiting these places at the center.

For the Ancestrale Project, the team has utilized methods already tested in similar contexts: the collection of stories through interviews and participant observation, the construction of open digital archives, the production of multimedia content, and the organization of cultural events with a strong narrative impact. The experience accumulated in connecting landscape, community, and resilient practices has allowed for the creation of a project that combines three objectives: the safeguarding of intangible heritage, sustainable rural development, and the experimentation with new forms of territorial storytelling.

In this sense, the Ancestrale Project is fully Netural: a project that does not describe the world from the outside, but moves through it, listens to it, and gives it back in a form that can be shared, recognized, and, above all, continued.
